PROSES PEMBELAJARAN BAHASA DAN SASTRA INDONESIA OLEH GURU YANG SUDAH DAN YANG BELUM DISERTIFIKASI DI SMA NEGERI 3 MUKOMUKO PROVINSI BENGKULU

ABSTRACT
This research was stimulated by thinking that the policy of teacher certification will give the larger influence to teaching-leraning process in the class than before this policy established. The aim of the research was to describe the teaching leraning process of Indonesian language and the class consisted of pre teaching, while teaching and post teaching was conducted by certified teacher and uncertified teacher based on their lesson planning. This research used theory was affirmed by Masnur Muslich and Wahyudi about the certification of teacher and professional teacher. This research was qualitative research and produce descriptive data in the form of written and spoken anabled to be collected and summarized. The object of this research was certified Indonesian language teacher and uncertified Indonesian language teacher totally 2 people. From the analysis data can be seen the execution of teaching learning process by certified teacher and uncertified teacher was not significant difference, but for certified teacher in formulate a packaging teaching material and explaining and developing the matter was more systematic than uncertified teacher. Based on the result of research can be summarized that the teaching process of Indonesian language was conducted by certified teacher was not better than uncertified teacher based on the formation of lesson plan, consisted of pre teaching , while teaching and post teaching. The result consistence with the questionnaire score which distributed to the students.
