Android-Based E-learning Design in Computer Assembling Subjects for Class X Network and Computer Engineering at Padang National Vocational School

Abstrak

This study aims to produce an Android-based learning E-learning application for computer assembly material. This type of research is design research using the Waterfall model, where the design phase starts from the analysis, the design uses the Context Diagram modeling language, Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), and Unified Modeling Language (UML). The coding stage uses a web-based programming language, namely HyperText Markup Language (HTML), Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and MySQL as a database. The testing process is done through a validity test by a validator who is an expert in learning media. The design phase ends with the testing program so as to produce an Android-based E-learning application for computer assembly subjects.
