THE INFLUENCE OF LEARNING CIRCUIT LEARNING MODEL ON CLASS V LEARNING RESULTS V SDN 28 BATANG ANAI DISTRICT PADANG PARIAMAN
Abstrak
According to Susanto (2012: 225) "Citizenship Education is a subject that is used as a vehicle to develop and preserve noble and moral values rooted in the culture of the Indonesian nation". In general, teachers only use conventional learning. Conventional learning that is intended here is a learning model that is familiar and is often used by teachers in the learning process in the classroom. To overcome these problems researchers will use the Circuit Learning model in Civics subjects in class V SDN 28 Batang Anai, Padang Pariaman Regency. So researchers are interested in conducting experimental research with the title "The Effect of the Circuit Learning Model. Towards Learning Outcomes of Civics Class V SDN 28 Batang Anai, Padang Pariaman Regency. This type of research is experimental research with the design of "Randomized Control Group Posttest Only Design". The independent variable in this study is the Circuit Learning model while the dependent variable is the PKn learning outcomes. The population in this study were all fifth grade students of SDN 28 Batang Anai, Padang Pariaman Regency in the 2019/2020 school year consisting of 2 classes. The sample in this study were 24 students of Class V A and 25 students of Class V B as many as 25 students. The technique in sampling is by means of "Simple Random Sampling". The data taken in this study are cognitive learning outcomes of students in the cognitive domain obtained through the final test in an objective form.
The results showed the average value of the experimental class was higher than the control class (the experimental class averaged 82.4 and the control class an average value of 72.04). In statistical tests the price of tcount> t table (0.05; 65) (3.29> 2.013) with a level (α = 0.05) then the H1 hypothesis is accepted.
From these data it can be concluded that the Circuit Learning learning model influences the learning outcomes of fifth grade students in Civics Education at SDN 28 Batang Anai, Padang Pariaman Regency. Thus the Circuit Learning model is expected to be used in the learning process to have a better influence on student learning outcomes.
