            This study aims to determine the effect of Mind Mapping Learning Model on Social Studies learning outcomes of Class V Students at SDN 24 Parupuk Tabing by comparing conventional learning models. This type of research is Quasy Experiment. The sample in this study were students of class VB as an experimental class and students of class VA as a control class with a sample of 37 students. Data collected using the test results of learning has been valid and reliable. The results found that the influence of the Mind Mapping Learning Model on the learning outcomes of Social Studies class V SDN 24 Parupuk Tabing. Learning outcomes using the Mind Mapping Learning Model is 72.7 while in the conventional class 64 further hypothesized trials are obtained tcount> ttable ie 8.209> 2.155 with a real level of 0.05 thus the hypothesis. Thus the H1 hypothesis is accepted. There is a significant influence of the application of Mind Mapping Learning Model on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects class V at SDN 24 Parupuk Tabing.
