PRINSIP KESANTUNAN DALAM TUTURAN PENUTUR PADA ACARA TALKSHOW INDONESIA LAWYERS CLUB; SUATU TINJAUAN PRAGMATIK

Abstrak

The research was stimulated by the background the politeness principles into the speech act of speaker to the program of Talk Show “Indonesia Lawyers Club” a pragmatic study. The aim of this research was to describe the implementation of   politeness principles on the program of Talk Show “Indonesia Lawyers Club” of TV One. This research used theory the pragmatic meaning, politeness principles and types of it that was affirmed by R. Kunjana Rahardi. The type of this research was a qualitative by using descriptive method. The object of this research was a speech act on the program of Talk Show “Indonesia Lawyers Club”. Techniques of  the collection data of research were (1) to download Talk Show “Indonesia Lawyers Club video through you tube, (2) to transcript some speech act from the related video into text on the program Talk Show “Indonesia Lawyers Club”, and (3) to collect the coded data into the table. The analysis technique was conducted as follows: (1) to analysis the data that had been classified as according to focused aspect, (2) to interpret the analysis outcome and classify them (3) to formulate the result of the research. The result of data analysis was found that maxim of the politeness principle was more dominant used wisdom maxim and price than other. It can be concluded that, speaker lack of obey the politeness principle on the program of Talk Show “Indonesia Lawyers Club.
