PENINGKATAN MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA PEMBELAJARAN IPA MENGGUNAKAN MODEL EXPLICIT INSTRUCTION DI KELAS IV SDN 01 KAMPUNG OLO
Abstrak
The purpose of the research is to describe students’ motivation and the result of student learning, by using Explicit Instruction. Kind of the research is Classroom Action Research. The subject of the research is students at fourth grade. They are twenty one people. Instrument of the research that is used questionnaire about motivation, teachers’ activities and the result of students test. Based on the research, it has percentage about students’ motivation in questioning, action cycle I is 45.22 and action cycle II is 71.42. Percentage about answering and receiving the question, action cycle I is 45.22 and action cycle II is 83.32. And percentage about doing exercise on time, action cycle I is 52.35 and action cycle II is 83.33. Therefore, science lesson by using explicit instruction can increase students’ motivation in the result of students learning.
