KESALAHAN PENULISAN SURAT RESMI DI KANTOR CAMAT LUBUK TAROK KABUPATEN SIJUNJUNG

Abstrak

The purpose of this research was to describe about writing formal letter is issued by Camat Lubuk Tarok Kabupaten Sijunjung office was reviewed (1) effective use of sentence, (2) completeness part letter, and (3) using of EYD. Kinds this research was qualitative research with using descriptive method, the purpose of this research to get description of something happen with anylisis way, collecting the data, clarified and interpreted tehe data. To collect the data did with collecting of formal letter that issued by camat office of Lubuk Tarok Kabupaten Sijunjung on Mey and June 2013. The data was analyzed throught out (1) to clasifyd the form of letter based on the mistake, (2) analyze and discussed all the form of mistake and then corrected them, (3) to interpret the data analyze, and (4) conclude the result of analysis and discussion. The result of data analysis was informed that (1) the effectiveness use of sentence in writing formal letter that issued  by Camat Office of  Lubuk Tarok, many mistake that researcher found incorrectly and meaningless (2), incorrect in parts of letter such as in writing greeting, closing greetings, and so on. And (3) there were many mistakes in writing EYD on formal letter that issued by Camat Office of Lubuk Tarok, especially in writing of capital letter, punctuation mark and writing of preposition.
