Abstrak

DEVELOPMENT OF LEARNING MEDIA PUZZLE ON PLANE FIGURES MATERIALS FOR THE FOURTH GRADE STUDENTS AT 55TH AIR PACAH STATE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ABSTRACT This study originated from observations in schools that learning is often dominated by teachers as a source of information. This study aims to produce valid learning media in the form of puzzles on plane figures materials for 4th grade students. This type of research is development research. The development research model used is the 4-D model, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. This research is limited to a 3-D model, namely define, design, and develop. The research instrument used was a validation sheet. In the validation process, the puzzle media was validated by 2 material experts with an assessment percentage of 89.17% with valid criteria, and 1 design expert with an assessment percentage of 89.58% with valid criteria. Based on the results of the validation of the three validators, the development of puzzle media on plane figures materialis for 4th grade students met the valid criteria with an assessment percentage of 89.38%. So, it can be concluded that the puzzle media in plane figures materials for fourth grade elementary school students is valid to be used as a learning teaching material and its meaning can be used to help students understand the plane figures materials.
