In addition, the learning carried out by the teacher tends to be monotonous. And there are some students who cannot read fluently. This has an impact on student learning outcomes. To overcome these problems, the application of Scrambal-based media. Based on this, the researchers conducted a study entitled "Development of Scrambale-Based Indonesian Language Learning Media for Grade 1 Students Theme 6 SD Negeri 20 Kurao Pagang Padang". According to Susanto (2013) "states that learning is a combination of two activities in which there are activities that tend to tend and teach". This type of research is research development or Research & Development, namely research that develops or makes a product which consists of defining, designing, and developing stages. This research was conducted at SDN 20 Kurao Pagang Padang. In the even semester of the 2019/2020 school year. The results showed that the development of Indonesian Language Learning Media Based on Scrambale for students of Class 1 Theme 6 in Elementary School fulfilled the valid category with an average validity of 87%. From these data it can be concluded that the Scrambale-based Indonesian language learning media for students of class I theme 6 in Elementary School meet the valid criteria, so that it can be used in learning in grade I of elementary school Keywords: development, media, scrambale
