This research was conducted in February - April 2021 at the Laboratory and Greenhouse Of Proklamator Campus 2, Bung Hatta University, Padang City, West Sumatra. This study aims to analyze POC by utilizing organic waste as fertilizer with different doses against the acceleration of seedlings and growth of green spinach plants. This research uses experimental methods. The designs used in this study are RAL (Complete RandomIzed Design) 4 treatments and 5 repeats. The treatments carried out in this study were A = Control (without POC), B = 10 ml POC / 0.5 liters of water / day, C = 20 ml POC / 0.5 liters of water / day and D = 30 ml POC / 0.5 liters of water / day. The data obtained is processed using analysis of variance (ANOVA). Analyzed the data on this study using SPSS 16.0 95% confidence level. From this study it was found that the use of POC with different doses showed no real difference in each treatment for each observed parameter, which was observed, namely the acceleration of the seedling of each treatment occurred on the 3rd day. The highest plant height is in A (control) with an initial average (1.56 ± 0.25 cm) and the final average (15.44 ± 1.98 cm), while the lowest average is in D (30 ml) with an initial average (1.66 ± 0.86 cm) and a final average (5.30 ± 0.57 cm). The highest leaf length of the plant is at A (control) with an initial average (0.68 ± 0.13cm) and the final height average (6.66 ± 1.58 cm), while the lowest average is in D (30 ml) with an initial average (0.58 ± 0.13 cm) and the final average (1.76 ± 0.43 cm). The highest number of plant leaves is found at A (control) with an initial average (2.80 ± 0.45 cm) and a final average (8.60 ± 0.54 cm), While the lowest average is in D (30 ml) with the initial average (2.20 ± 0.44 cm) and the final average (2.80 ± 0.83 cm). The provision of Liquid Organic Fertilizer with different doses namely A (control), B (10 ml), C (20 ml) and D (30 ml) applied to green spinach plants showed no real difference in each treatment at the level (P>0.05).
