Abstract

The purpose of this study is to produce a flash -based multimedia power point 2010 ispring
presenter on the matter of human circulatory system in teaching biologyfor SMP / MTs valid
and practical . This research is a development which uses four phases of five stages Plomp
development, which consists of the initial investigation phase (prelimenary investigation), the design phase (design), the phase of realization / construction (realization / construction), the phase of testing, evaluation and revision (test, evaluation and revision) and implementation phase (implementation). The study subjects consisted of 5 people validator, and to test the practicalities done by 2 teachers and 25 students of Class VIII MTsN Lubuk Buaya Padang. The data of this study is primary data obtained from questionnaires validity and
practicalities , then analyzed with descriptive analysis. Flash-based multimedia power point 2010 ispring prese nter declared valid by the validator very good feasibility of variable
content, media forms, and linguistics with a 96% value. Flash-based multimedia power point 2010 iSpring presenter who has also produced a very practical expressed by teachers and by
students in terms of the practical interests of students, the use of the process, increase student activity, time use, and evaluation of the value of 90.34% and 82.6%.
