ALIH KODE DALAM CERAMAH AGAMA USTAZAH MAMA DEDEH DI INDOSIAR

Abstrak

The aim of this research was to describe (1) code switching in the religious speech of Islam by Mama Dedeh, (2) the function of using code switching in the religious speech of Islam by Mama Dedeh, and (3) the aim of using the code switching in the religious speech of Islam by Mamah Dedeh. This research used theory of code switching was affirmed by Nursaid and Marjusman Maksa. This research was qualitative research and produces the descriptive data in the form of written words or spoken enabled to be studied. This research used descriptive method by collecting data and formulating the summary. The data in this research was the recording in the religious speech of Islam by Mama Dedeh. The object was code switching was performed by Mama Dedeh in her religious speech to be informed.  Based on the analysis, writer just found two influential factor the occurrence of code switching in her religious speech those are language competency, how a priest enabled to inform “taushiyah” (religious suggestion) and answer the question from the audience and language correlation while the other influential factor the occurrence of code switching was interference of bilingual of language and did not found by the writer. Based on the result of research can be concluded that the influential factor the occurrence of code switching were language competency, while the function of code switching found in religious speech of Mama Dedeh were 38 data those are make exclusive one about 10 data, repetition of affirmation about 15 data, development of friendship about 8 data and inform the religious utterance words about 5 data, and the objective of  priest used code switching was to create the relax situation in her religious discourse.
