Abstrak

The problem in this research is still dominated by the learning process of mathematics teachers, students lack the courage to ask questions, lack of student motivation to read and repeat the materials provided, students' mathematics learning outcomes is low. The purpose of this study was 1) to determine students 'mathematics learning activities after the application of cooperative learning NHT, 2) determine students' mathematics learning outcomes after the implementation of cooperative learning NHT. Type of research is a classroom action research subjects VII2 graders who were 21 people. Instruments used are student activity sheets and activity sheets teachers. Results showed that the learning outcomes of students learning mathematics using type numbered head together above rose from the mathematics learning outcomes of students who use ordinary learning.
