DEVELOPMENT OF CIVICS LEARNING MODULE BASED ON THE TEAMS GAMES TOURNAMENT (TGT) COOPERATIVE MODEL FOR STUDENTS OF CLASS IV SD STATE 15 SUNGAI LIMAU PADANG PARIAMAN DISTRICT Shania Nisahuri1, M. Tamrin1 1Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah Dasar Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Bung Hatta Email : Shanianisahuri@gmail.com ABSTRACT This study aims to produce Civics learning modules based on the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative model for fourth grade students of SD Negeri 15 Sungai Limau, Padang Pariaman Regency, which meet valid and practical criteria. This type of research is research and development (R&D). The development model uses 4-D which is limited to 3-D. The steps taken are define, design and develop. This research was conducted in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year at KD Civics 1.3. In the validation process, the module is validated by 3 validator lecturers, namely material expert validator, linguist validator and design expert validator. In the practical process, the module was piloted by 1 teacher and 25 fourth grade elementary school students. The validation that has been assessed by material expert validators is 90.62%, language validation is 93.18%, and design validation is 93.05%, so that the overall average validity value of the three expert lecturers is 92.28% with very valid criteria. The practicality value by teachers is 93.18% and by students 88.54%, so that the average practicality by teachers and students is 90.86% with very practical criteria. This shows that the Civics learning module based on the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative model has been very valid and very practical to use for students and teachers.
