INCREASE IN THE COGNITIVE SCIENCE LEARNING BY USING APPROACH TO SOLVING PROBLEMS IN CLASS V STATE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL TARATAK 11 SURIAN SUB-DISTRICT CERMIN SOLOK COAST DISTRICT
Abstrak
This research is research the act of a class (PTK ) conducted in class v SDN 11 Taratak Surian research is meant to increase study result of the cognitive IPA students, by using approach solving the problem. Research is PTK exercised two cycle, each cycle consisting of two meetings consists of planning, execution observation and reflection. A learning process performed with the use of measures approach the problem solving namely: (1), stage of solving a problem (2) the stage search for data for solving problems; (3) the stage setting the answer meanwhile, (4) the stage test answer meanwhile, (5) the stage draw a conclusion. The results of research shows increasing study result of the cognitive students as follows: 62 in cycles i while in cycles ii 79,3, namely: with increased 17.3. So increasing study result of the cognitive science students by using approach the problem solving would rise in the class v SDN 11 Taratak Surian sub-district the coast district Solok mirror.
