Abstrak
DEVELOPMENT OF PROBLEM BASED LEARNING MODULE BASED ON THE PROBLEM BASED LEARNING MODEL FOR CLASS V SDN 10 KANDANG BARU SIJUNJUNG Lativa Fajrin¹, Muslim¹ 1Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Bung Hatta University Email :lativafajrin5@gmail.com ABSTRACT This study aims to produce teaching materials in the form of Civics learning modules based on the Problem Based Learning model for students of class V SD that are valid and practical. This type of research is research and development with the research model used is the 4-D type, namely define, design, development and dissemination. This research is limited to the development stage. This research was conducted at the beginning of the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year. The research instrument includes a validity sheet and a practical sheet. In the validation process, the module is validated by 3 lecturers (material expert, linguist, and design expert). In the practical process, the module was piloted by 1 teacher and 20 students in fifth grade of elementary school. Data for validity were obtained from the results of the validation sheet which had been assessed by validators of material experts 96.66%, design experts 90.27%, and linguists 98.33%, so that the overall average value of the validity of the three expert lecturers was 95.08 % with very valid criteria. The data for practicality were obtained from practicality sheets (teacher and student response questionnaires) which got 98.43% practicality scores by teachers and 93.22% practicality by students, so the average practicality by teachers and students was 95.82% with very practical criteria. . This shows that the Civics learning module based on the Problem Based Learning model has been very valid and very practical to be used as a learning resource or teaching material for students and teachers.
