Abstrak

DEVELOPMENT OF civics-based learning modules MODEL CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING FOR CLASS V SDN 06 KAMPUNG LAPAI NANGGALO PADANG Suci Aunesia Martha1, Darwianis1 1Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Bung Hatta University e-mail : marthasuciaunesia@gmail.com ABSTRACT This study aims to produce teaching materials in the form of Civics learning modules based on Contextual Teaching and Learning Models for fifth grade elementary school that meet valid and practical criteria. This type of research is research and development with the research model used is the 4-D type, namely define, design, development, and disseminate. In this study, it was limited to the development stage due to time constraints. The research instrument includes a validity questionnaire and a practicality questionnaire. In the validation process, the module is validated by 3 lecturers (material expert, linguist, and design expert). In the practical process, the module was tested by 1 teacher and 24 students. Data for validity were obtained from the results of the validation sheet which had been assessed by validators of material experts 78.18%, linguists 100%, and design experts 96%, so that the overall average value of the validity of the three expert lecturers was 91.39% with very good criteria. valid. Data for practicality were obtained from practicality sheets (teacher & student response questionnaires) which got 80% practicality scores by teachers and 88.08% practicality by students, so the average practicality by teachers and students was 84.04% with practical criteria. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the Civics learning module based on the Contextual Teaching and Learning model is very valid and practical to use as one of the learning modules in schools.
