Abstrak
DEVELOPMENT OF A NON-EXAMPLE EXAMPLE-BASED SOCIAL STUDIES LEARNING MODULE FOR GRADE V STUDENTS PRIMARY SCHOOL Nurmelvi Rahmadani¹, Darwianis¹ ¹ Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Bung Hatta University Email : nurmelvirahmadani@gmail.com ABSTRACT This study aims to produce a example non-example based social studies learning module in grade V elementary school that meets valid and practical criteria. This type of research is development research or Research and Development (R&D). The Development Model uses 4-D which is modified to be 3-D. Stages performed are define, design, and develop. Research instruments include validation sheets from material, language and design experts, practicality sheets, namely questionnaires of teacher and student responses. In the validation process, the module is validated by 1 material expert, 1 design expert and 1 linguist. In the practicality process, the module was tested by 1 teacher and 24 students. The data for validation obtained results from material experts with 91.66% of the criteria very valid, linguists with 97.72% of the criteria were very valid and design experts 93.33% of the criteria were so valid that the overall average validity value of the three expert validators was 93.5% of the criteria were very valid. Data for practicality were obtained from practicality sheets that scored practicality by teachers 92.5% of the criteria were very practical and the practicality of students 91.51% of the criteria were very practical, so that the average practicality of 91.53% of the criteria was very practical. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the development of a non-example example example-based social studies module for grade V elementary school students has been valid and practical to be used as a learning resource or teaching material for students and teachers.
