Abstrak

DEVELOPMENT OF CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING-BASED IPS LEARNING MODULE FOR CLASS V SDN 04 KAMPUNG OLO PADANG Friscillia Kurniawan1, Yulfia Nora1 Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolag Dasar Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Bung Hatta Email: Friscilliakurniawan15@gmail.com ABSTRACT This study aims to produce social studies learning modules based on Contextual Teaching and Learning in class V that meet the valid and practical criteria. This type of research is research development or Research and Development (R&D). The development model uses 4-D which is modified into 3-D. The steps taken are define, design, and development. The data collection instrument used in this study was a questionnaire/questionnaire consisting of a validation sheet and a practical sheet. The validation sheet consists of three aspects, namely validation of material aspects, language aspects, and design aspects. While the practicality sheets are filled out by teachers and students. Based on the module validation by the validator, the validation average is 95% with very valid criteria, with details of material aspects 91.66%, language aspects 100%, and design aspects 96.66%. Practicality of modules by teachers and students who get practicality scores by teachers is 95% and practicality by students is 95.95%, so the average practicality of teachers and students is 95.93% with very practical criteria. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the development of the social studies module based on Contextual Teaching and Learning for fifth grade elementary schools is valid and practical, so that it can be used as a learning resource for students and teachers.
