Indonesian language subjects in elementary school are one of the important aspects that need to be taught to students in schools. So this subject is given since elementary school (SD) because students are able to master, understand and can implement language skills such as listening, speaking, reading and writing. With education students will have abilities such as reading, writing or arithmetic well. During the learning process the teacher can see the subjects that will be taught to students. Many subjects can be taught such as Indonesian subjects. Indonesian language subjects are the main subjects that have been started since elementary school. This research is motivated by the lack of use of E-learning media in schools. By developing e-learning media, teachers can use e-learning media as a tool or intermediary between teachers and students in carrying out the learning process. E-media really needs to be used during the learning process, because learning media aims to help the learning process become more interesting so that it can increase students' learning motivation. teachers in carrying out the learning process only use conventional methods such as Power Point, two-dimensional animation but teachers do not yet use learning media, one of which is Macromedia Flash in the learning process which makes learning less interesting. The type of research is research and development (R & D). The development procedure uses 4-D which consists of four stages, namely defining, designing, developing, and disseminating (Bano, 2018:141). However, due to time and cost constraints, researchers will only carry out research up to the 3D stage, namely define, design, and develop. The test subjects in this study were fourth grade students at SD Negeri 8 Ulak Karang Selatan, Padang, totaling 1 teacher and 27 students. Data for validity were obtained from the results of the validation sheet of three validators. Validity includes three aspects, namely material, language, and design. Based on the results of validation by the validator, the developed Indonesian language learning E-media found that the e-media produced was categorized as very valid by the validator with a percentage value of 91.75%, both from the material aspect 93.18%, the design aspect 93.75%, and language aspect 88.33%. E-Media which is categorized as very practical by teachers with a percentage of 99.10%. And categorized as practical by students with a percentage of 99.10%. The results of the study on the effective test got a percentage of 94.44% with the effective category. From the results of the study, it was concluded that the development of e-media learning macromedia flash based on contextual teaching and learning in Indonesian class IV subjects at SDN 8 Ulak Karang Selatan, Padang was very valid, practical, and effective so that it could be used in the learning process in class IV. elementary school.Referensi
