Stire Language Style on Somasi Content in Deddy Corbuzier’s YouTube Channel

This study aims to describe: (1) satire language style on Somasi's content on Deddy Corbuzier's Youtube Channel, (2) Meaning of satire language style on Somasi's content on Deddy Corbuzier's Youtube channel. The theories in this study, namely language style (Keraf 2010) and (Tarigan 2013), satire language style (Tarigan 2013) and (Keraf 2010). This type of research is a qualitative descriptive method. The data source of this research is Deddy Corbuzier's Youtube Channel. The data of this research is in the form of excerpts of words that can be formulated as a satire language style based on the speech on the content of the Somasi YouTube channel of Deddy Corbuzier. The data collection techniques in this study were: (1) watching videos on Somasi's content on Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube channel, (2) describing the data, and (3) recording the data that will be used as research material into a table. Data analysis techniques were carried out by: (1) grouping the data into analysis tables, (2) determining the type of satire language style spoken, (3) explaining the meaning of the satire language style expressed (4) describing the results of the analysis, and (5) interpreting the results of the analysis by looking at the trend in the use of language styles, and (6) concludes the results of the overall data analysis. Based on data analysis and discussion, the results of the study obtained that speakers used a satire language style as much as 20 data. The satire language styles found are irony, cynicism, sarcasm, satire, and innuendo. The satire language style on Somasi's content on Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube channel which is dominant is satire. The satire language style on Somasi's content on Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube channel becomes a medium for expressing concerns and criticisms but is conveyed in a funny way by comedians as speakers on Deddy Corbuzier's YouTube channel so that satire and anxiety are conveyed well but do not hurt the people who are being insinuated.Referensi
