Learning mathematics for students is the formation of a mindset in understanding an understanding as well as in reasoning a relationship between those meanings. According to Suwangsih in Kurnia, S.P, et al (2021:12) Mathematics learning uses many approaches such as inductive, deductive, spiral, constructivism, realistic, problem solving, and contextual approaches. In the learning process at school, information was obtained that teachers teach only using teaching materials in the form of student books, no special books systematically. In addition, the material of the book has not been explained in detail, so there are some students who have not been able to understand the material of whole numbers. The researcher conducted a development research with the title Development of LKPD Learning Mathematics Based on problem based learning Materials on Whole Numbers Class I SDN 04 Kampung Olo. This type of research is research and development (R&D) research with a 4D development stage, which is described as Define, design, development and dissemination which is modified into 3-D. This research was conducted up to the development stage. The test subjects of the LKPD learning mathematics based on problem-based learning on whole numbers are the first grade students of SDN 04 Kampung Olo, totaling 20 students. At the validation stage, the module that has been designed is followed by validation activities by a validator consisting of 3 lecturers from the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Bung Hatta University. For the practicality stage, it is carried out after the LKPD is validated and feasible to be tested with the aim of knowing the level of practicality of the Learning LKPD that has been made. Based on the results of research on the development of LKPD Learning Mathematics Based on problem based learning on whole number material, the overall validity average is 92.83%, with very valid criteria, while for the average practicality by teachers and students obtained an overall average of 96% with criteria very practical. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the problem-based learning worksheet for whole numbers is very valid and very practical so that it can be used as one of the teaching materials in mathematics learning, especially for first grade students in elementary schools.
