Education is a learning process created with the aim of actively involving students in developing knowledge, skills, and analytical power towards a problem solving in order to become an individual who is responsive, active and creative and has an increase in psychomotor and affective aspects. Therefore, in developing skills and attitudes, it is necessary to learn learning that educates children's karaker based on pancasila values, one of which is civics subjects.. Civics learning according to Permana (2018: 1) is "an effort in introducing and instilling insight into state defense awareness as a form of love for the homeland based on Pancasila in order to maintain the unity and unity of the Republic of Indonesia". Civics learning is not only limited to the practice of Pancasila values, but also adds insight into political power, state institutions, human rights, law, and rights and obligations as citizens. Civics learning also has a general purpose. Ubaedillah (2017:18) argues that, "the learning of Civic Education (CID) has the aim of building the character (character building) of the Indonesian nation. The purpose of civics learning is to make students as citizens who are able to think critically, understand problems wisely, appreciate differences, and understand the integrity and sovereignty of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia in the frame of Bhineka Tunggal Ika in accordance with the noble values of Pancasila. According to Harianja, et al (2022:91) stated that "the team games tournament learning model is a learning model consisting of game-tournament-team where this learning model leads to cooperation between groups and between individuals that involves students actively in solving problems". Interactive multimedia is divided into several types, one of which is the Microsoft Powerpoint type. Aryadillah and Fifit (2017:24) argue that "Ms power point is one of the microsoft office application programs that is useful for creating slide presentations. This application is usually used for teaching presentation purposes and creating simple two-dimenated or three-dimensional animations". In the teaching and learning process, there are many factors that influence the lack of achievement of learning objectives including: educators, students, learning environment, methods / techniques, teaching materials and learning media. From November 17 to November 19, 2022, researchers made observations in class V of SD Negeri 12 Kampung Lapai Padang. Based on the results of observations, researchers found that teachers only use student books and teacher books Curriculum 2013, resulting in a lack of learning references for students in the classroom, especially in civics subjects. Even though teachers have tried to implement one of the learning models according to the 2013 Curriculum, students still pay less attention to the teacher when learning. The researcher conducted a development research with the title "Development of Interactive Multimedia Microsoft Power Point Bebasis Model Team Games Tournament on Civics Learning for Grade V Students of SD Negeri 12 Kampung Lapai Padangâ€. The type of research carried out is Research and Development (R & D) using the ADDIE development model, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Research is limited to the implementation stage (trial). The research on the development of Microsoft Powerpoint Interactive Multimedia based on the Team Games Tournament model was carried out in class V of SD Negeri 12 Kampung Lapai Padang. The subjects of this development research trial were 17 grade V students of SD Negeri 12 Kampung Lapai Padang. Before being tested, the development of the Microsoft Powerpoint Interactive Multimedia based on the Team Games Tournament model on Civics learning was first validated by 3 expert validators consisting of material experts, design experts, and linguists. This is so that the product developed is valid and worthy of trial which can then be determined the practical value of students and teachers as users of Microsoft Powerpoint Interactive Multimedia based on the Team Games Tournament model. Based on the education research results of the Microsoft Power Point Interactive Multimedia Development based on the Team Games Tournament model on civics learning for class V students, an overall average validity of 93.3% was obtained, with very valid criteria, while for the average practicality by teachers and students, an overall average of 97% was obtained with very practical criteria. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the Microsoft Power Point Interactive Multimedia Development based on the Team Games Tournament model is valid and practical to use in Civics learning, so that it can be used as one of the learning media in class V of SD Negeri 12 Kampung Lapai PadangReferensi
