KEMAMPUAN MENULIS KREATIF PUISI SISWA KELAS VII.1 SMPN 35 PADANG DENGAN TEKNIK PENGAMATAN OBJEK SECARA LANGSUNG
Abstrak
The aim of this research was to describe the usage of title, diction and image in witting a poem by student at the class VII.1 of SMPN 35 Padang based on direct observation of subject technique. This research used theory: 1) Hendri Guntur Tarigan ( 2008) about writing, 2) Aminuddin (2010) about poetry, 3) Suyatno (2004) about the teaching of Indonesian and Art. The type of this research was a qualitative research by using a descriptive method. The object of this research was all student at the class VII.1 of SMPN 35 Padang totally 32 people. Techniques of the data collection 1) explaining a teaching material of writing a poem by using directly object, 2) asking student to observe the direct object, for example the researcher established the school environment as the object. 3) asking students to write a poem based on observed object around their environment of the school, 4) collecting all students’ poetry, 5) reading the student work of a poem, like signing the aspect of diction, image and correct title which used by students in their poetry. The results of data analysis showed that student have ability to write a poem by using direct object. The average score of using title was 87,5, while diction has 79,1 and image about 69,77. The entire of score to be achieved by student have achieved the passing minimum grade, was 75.
