PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN MENULIS PUISI DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA GAMBAR SISWA KELAS VIII 7 SMP NEGERI 1 GUNUNG TALANG KABUPATEN SOLOK

Abstrak

This background of the research is the student ability in writing poem that isi still low. It was caused by the teacher’s method that still used lecturing method and still used a little media. So, student’s presents was uncared by the teacher. To solve this problem. The researcher save sollution by using pictures. The purpose of this research is to see the improvement of student’s ability at class VIII 7 in writing poem in Indonesian poem learning. This research is classroom Action Research. The sample of the research is class VIII 7. Mean while, the intrument of the research is teacher’s observation sheet, student observation sheet and student’s ability test. This research slowed that the student’s ability in writing poem by using pictures increased. This case can be seen from the student’s from first cycle was 73 increased to 82 in second cycle. The comparison of percentage both of these cycles was12,4%. Based on the result, it can be concluded that, by using pictures ini writing poem had increased at class VIII 7 of SMPN 1 Gunung Talang in Solok Regency.
