PENGEMBANGAN MODUL IPS BERBASIS CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING PADA SISWA KELAS V SEKOLAH DASAR

DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL STUDIES MODULES BASED ON CONTEXTUAL TEACHING AND LEARNING IN STUDENT CLASS V ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Roha Datul Rana Aqilah¹, Yulfia Nora¹ ¹ Elementary School Study Program Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Bung Hatta University Email: ranaaqillah718@gmail.com ABSTRAK This study aims to produce a Contextual Teaching and Learning-based social studies module for class V of SDN Surau Gadang that meets valid and practical criteria. As a research development or Research and Development (R&D) using a 4D model modified into 3D (Define, Design, Development), the data collection instrument used is a questionnaire / questionnaire consisting of a validation questionnaire for material, language, and design aspects, as well as a practicality questionnaire for teachers and students. Validity is carried out by 3 validator lecturers, namely validators of material aspects, language aspects and design aspects. In the practicality process, the module was piloted by 1 teacher and 21 students in grade V elementary school. Based on module validation by validators in each aspect, scores were obtained, namely material aspects of 95.62%, language aspects of 97.22%, and design aspects of 86.82%, for a total of 93.12%. Meanwhile, the practicality score by the teacher is 96.66% and the practicality score by the students is 90.52%. Thus, it can be concluded that the development of a Contextual Teaching and Learning-based social studies module for grade V elementary school has been valid and practical, so that it can be used as a learning resource by students and teachers.
