Abstrak

The purpose of the study described an increase in the activity of expression , persistence in doing experiments , in implementing the concept maps ( Concept Mapping ) , and make conclusions , and describe student learning outcomes in science learning with Learning Strategy Map concept ( Concept Mapping ) . Type of research is a class act . The subjects were students of class V , which has 21 people . The instrument of this study is the observation of student activity sheets , teacher observation sheet aspect , and achievement test sheet . The results of the first cycle empirically obtained an average percentage score of student activity in an opinion 52.38 % , 57.14 % to experiment , make inferences 57.14 % , and the percentage of students who completed 61.90 % . In the second cycle an increase in the percentage of students who argued pnedapat activity of 79.19 % , 85.71 % to experiment , make inferences 85.71 % , and the percentage of students who pass is 90.47 % , with the average grade 76.19 . The study concluded that the learning strategy map concept ( Concept Mapping) can increase the activity and class V student learning outcomes based on the results of the study suggested that teachers can use the strategy map concept ( Concept Mapping ) for meningkjatkan IPA activity and student learning outcomes .
