PENINGKATAN PARTISIPASI BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV PADA PEMBELAJARAN PKn MELALUI METODE GIVING QUESTION AND GETTING ANSWER DI SDN 25 SUNGAI NYALO

Abstrak

 The background of this study was the low participation in learning civics student learning . To solve the above problem researchers provide a solution by using the Getting Giving Question and Answer . This type of research used in this study was Classroom Action Research ( CAR). Subjects of this study were fourth grade students numbering 26 people . The results showed that the participation of students in giving opinion to be obtained solving the average percentage that is in the first cycle of a 56.8 % increase in cycle II to 83.2 % , the participation of students in responding to others' opinions obtained an average percentage that is in the first cycle of the 44.76 % increase in cycle II to 80.64 % , the participation of students in tolerance and accepting others' opinions obtained by the average percentage that is in the first cycle of the 59.60 % increase in cycle II to 84 , 48 % , and the participation of students in the assignment given by the teacher obtained an average percentage that is in the first cycle increased from 73.02 % in the second cycle to 89.74 % . Besides, the average value of the first cycle of learning outcomes of 53.85 % increase in cycle II to 80.77 % . The results of this study concluded that the participation of student learning can be enhanced through methods Giving and Getting Answers Question on learning civics class IV .
