PENINGKATAN MINAT BELAJAR SISWA PADA PEMBELAJARAN PKn MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN INKUIRI DI KELAS IV SDN 34 GUNUNG BUNGKUKPESISIR SELATAN
Abstrak
This study aimed to describe the increasing of students interest in learning civics using inquiry approaches was in Class IV SDN 34 Gunung Bungkuk. This study is a classroom action research conducted in the first semester of the school year 2013/2014 in SDN 34 Gunung Bungkuk. Subjects were fourth grade students of SDN 34 Gunung Bungkuk, countining to 12 students. The study was conducted in two cycles, and each cycle consisted of two meetings. The research instrument was in the form of Objective test, essay and observations sheets. The results showed the increasing in the percentage interest of the students. First meeting 54% (Inset 6) and at the second meeting of 71% (Inset 8). First cycle of 83.3%  (Inset 16) and at the second cycle 89.5% (Inset 18). The a average of students learning outcomes was 64.5 (Inset 9) first cycle and the second cycle 75 (Inset 19). This meat that the implementation of learning civics using inquiry approach want well. Based on the results of this study, was the use of inquiry approach can increase students interest in learning civics in Class IV SDN 34 Gunung Bungkuk. The results of this study are expected to be useful for teachers and readers in order to increase student interest in the classroom, while the students can be trained to socialize with friends.
