PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR PENDIDIKAN KEWARGANEGARAAN MELALUI STRATEGI PLANTED QUESTIONS PADA SISWA KELAS IV SDN 13 SURAU GADANG
Abstrak
This research is motivated by the low activity of the student, the student is marked lack of response to the question posed by the teacher,the students do not want to express their opinions and lead to lower student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in the activity of asking, answering questions and learning outcomes of students in learning through strategies Civics planted questions, This research is a class act . Subjects of this study fourth grade students, amounting to 33 people. The instrument of this study is the observation sheet learning activities of teachers, students observasiaktivitas sheet, and field notes Results were obtained an average score of student activity asks peersentase first cycle was 48.48 %, an increase of 68.17 % in the first cycle  the first cycle answer increased 53.02 % 72.72 % in the second cycle, the first cycle and learning outcomes increased 54.54 % 75.75 % in the second cycle. This means that the target indicators in the study and implementation of successful learning strategies Civics with planted questions going well. Based on these results, it was concluded that the activity and cognitive learning outcomes of students in the understanding of civics learning can be enhanced by using a strategy of planted questions. Based on this study, researchers suggest that teachers can use strategies planted questions to increase student activity and student learning outcomes
