PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PKn DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA GAMBAR DI KELAS VI SDN 32 LANGGAI KABUPATEN PESISIR SELATAN

Abstrak

The aim of this study was to describe the increase in learning, attention , and the courage to express opinions on the students in learning by using media images Civics in SDN 32 Langgai , South Coastal District . This research is Classroom Action Research ( CAR), which is implemented in the first semester of the academic year 2013/2014 in SDN 32 Langgai , South Coastal District . Subjects were sixth grade students of SDN 32 Langgai, South Coastal District , which has 21 students . The study consisted of two cycles of two meetings held in each cycle . The procedure consisted of four stages , namely : ( 1 ) planning , ( 2 ) implementation , ( 3 ) observation , and ( 4 ) reflection . The results showed an increase in the affective aspects of student learning outcomes first cycle 69,04 % and 78,57 % II meeting . Average cognitive outcomes of student learning cycle I and cycle II 62,85 and 72,14 . Implementation of the learning process of teachers also increased from 67,04 % to 81,82 % first cycle to the second cycle . This shows the implementation of civics learning using media images going well . Based on the results of this study concluded that the use of media images can improve learning outcomes in teaching civics in the sixth grade at SDN 32 Langgai , South Coastal District . The results of this study are expected to be useful for teachers and readers in order to improve student learning outcomes in the classroom , while the student can be trained to socialize with friends.
