PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS BELAJAR SISWA KELAS V DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN KEWARGANEGARAAN MELALUI STRATEGI INDEX CARD MATCH
Abstrak
This research is motivated lack of class V student learning activities in the learning of Citizenship Education in SDN 21 Kapuh, South Coastal District.This can be seen in the learning process takes place, the low activity of students in listening presentation materials, low activity students ask and answer questions both orally and in writing, and the low activity of the students in exercises and make conclusions.At the time of the learning process less teachers use varied strategies and instructional media.It also affects the exam results MID 1st half of the school year 2013/2014 are still low.The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in activity of fifth grade students in a writing question, write a response, and make conclusions on Citizenship Education learning strategy through index cards match in SDN 21 Kapuh.This research is action research undertaken collaboratively.This research was conducted in two cycles.The research instrument used in this study is the observation of student activity sheets, activity sheets obsrvasi teachers, and the final test cycle.The results showed that an increase in activity students write questions of 49.16% (first cycle) to 65.38% (second cycle), an increase in activity students write the answers of 42.09% (first cycle) to 65.38%, and there has been increased activity students make inferences from 36.87% (first cycle) to 69.22% (cycle II).It can be concluded that the fifth grade civics lesson in SDN 21 Kapuh from the first cycle to the second cycle students write questions on the activity increased 16.22%, the activity students write answers has increased 23.29%, and the activity of the students to make inferences increased 32.35%.The use of index cards match strategy in learning civics class V student at SDN 21 Kapuh can enhance students' learning activities.
