Process learning at within class hany adiarahkan to student ability approaching to memorize information and pushing that student can gain control a number learning material. Accordingly, motivate student to follow low learning. This research is observational action braze that executed participant ala. This research is done in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two-time appointment. subject is this research is student at IV class of SDN 33 Gurun Panjang, one that total 24 person. Instrument that is utilized in this research is questionnaire sheet motivate student, activity learns and essay student studying result. Base executed observational result at class of SDN 33 Gurun Panjang, purpose Inside Outside Circle evident gets to increase motivation and student studying result. This gets to be seen of averagely motivates i. cycle student as big as 66,11% worked up as 78,13% on cycle II. (ascension 12,02%). Beside it, learned yielding thoroughness student also increases is seen from result essays student evaluation final i. cycle with averagely thoroughness percentage 62,50%, worked up on cycle II. thoroughness average 87,50% (ascension 25%).
