This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SN 01 Ulak Karang Selatan in learning Pancasila Education. This is caused by the process of learning Pancasila education in the classroom, namely: Some students do not concentrate when the teacher explains the material because the location of the school is on the side of the highway, Teachers only use the media in the textbook, Teachers tend to end learning by giving assignments or exercises, the lack of learning media used and the lack of utilization of facilities provided by the school and the lack of early introduction of technology applied by teachers as educators. The purpose of this study was to describe the improvement in learning outcomes of fourth grade students using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Ispiring Suite interactive media. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research (CAR). This research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two meetings. The instruments of this study consisted of teacher activity observation sheets, student activity observation sheets, student cooperation domain sheets, and learning outcome test sheets. The subjects of this study were 22 fourth grade students of SDN 01 Ulak Karang Selatan. According to Khasanah (2022:2) learning is a change in position or ability achieved by a person through activity. Changes in this position will be obtained directly from a person's natural growth process. Meanwhile, according to Lutfiandi (2019:1017) learning is a process of effort carried out by a person to obtain a new change in behavior as a whole, as a result of his own experience in interacting with his environment. According to Aulia (2021:190) Problem Based Learning (PBL) is a learning approach that uses problems in everyday life as a context for students to learn critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as to obtain from the subject matter. The learning model functions as a conceptual framework that designs the learning process in the classroom, including planning, implementation, and evaluation. Meanwhile, learning media functions as a tool that influences the climate and learning conditions. According to Arrosyida and Suprapto (2021:3) interactive learning media is anything related to software and hardware that can be used as an intermediary to convey the contents of the material from learning resources to learning with learning methods that can provide feedback to users from what has been inputted into the media. According to (Ariyanti et al., 2020:328), Ispiring Suite is software that makes PowerPoint more attractive and flash-based. Stating that media has an important role and a great influence in creating effective teaching and learning activities. Through this model, students can be more active in the learning process by using the PBL model assisted by Ispiring Suite interactive media, thus supporting teachers in achieving more effective and efficient learning goals This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Classroom Action Research is a study that describes the cause-and-effect relationship when a treatment is applied, explains what happens during the treatment, and outlines the entire process from the initial implementation to its impact. There are four stages in Classroom Action Research: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The data presented in this study are the results of observations of teacher activities, student activity test sheets, student cooperation affective sheets and student learning outcome tests. Observations were carried out to see the improvement in the implementation of learning carried out by teachers, while learning outcome tests were used to see the improvement in student learning outcomes in mathematics learning. In this case, the researcher acted as a teacher assisted by onserver one Mrs. Yenny Triza Darnita, S.Pd (grade IV teacher) and Observer 2 Teguh Putri Tabir. This study can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Ispiring Suite interactive media in Pancasila Education learning in class IV SDN 01 Ulak Karang Selatan has increased student learning outcomes. Where the value of only 9 students (41%) mastered the Pancasila Education learning material, with the target of improving the learning outcomes of class IV students in the cognitive domain of understanding (C2) and affective cooperation (A2) in Pancasila education learning, namely by using the problem based learning (PBL) model assisted by Ispiring Suite interactive learning media. This study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of 2 meetings and one final cycle exam with 22 subjects, using the instrument of teacher and student activity observation sheets, affective assessment sheets of student cooperation skills and test results sheets. Based on the cognitive domain learning outcome test of students, in the first cycle it increased from 41% to 54.54% (up 13.54%), in the second cycle it increased from 54.54% to 95% (up 40.46%). Meanwhile, the results of students' affective domain learning, in the first cycle increased from 41% to 63.63% (up 22.63%), in the second cycle increased from 63.63% to 89.28% (up 25.65%). This shows that the learning of Pancasila Education for grade IV students can be improved by using the PBL model assisted by Ispiring Suite interactive media at SDN 01 Ulak Karang Selatan.
