Abstrak
This research is motivated by low motivation and learning mathematics class VIII SMP 3 Sungai Penuh. One of them is because students tend to feel bored while learning, it is visible when the less active student learning such as asking or answering questions from the teacher. When the teacher gives exercises, students are only able to work on the problems that once exemplified by the teacher alone. This shows that students are not able to develop materials that have been delivered by the teacher. To overcome this problem, one of the efforts is by applying active learning strategies Everyone is a Teacher Here. With this strategy, students can easily understand the lessons because the teacher who became a friend of their own. Students will be easier to understand the delivery of their own friends, so what you described would be more easily understood by other students.
