Improving Learning Outcomes of Pancasila Education Using Problem Based Learning Model Assisted by Audio Visual Media for Grade V-B Students of SDN 04 Kampung Olo Padang

Abstrak

ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of students in the Pancasila Education subject of class V-B students of SDN 04 Kampung Olo Padang. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of class V-B students in Pancasila Education learning by using the Problem Based Learning model assisted by Audio Visual media. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). Two cycles were carried out with the stages of CAR, namely planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were 28 class V-B students of SDN 04 Kampung Olo Padang. The research instruments used were teacher observation sheets, learning outcome test sheets, and student affective assessment sheets. Based on the analysis of the learning outcome test sheet, the average completion of the student learning outcome test in cycle I cognitive domain (C1) from 69.28 and increased in cycle II to 83.92 and (C2) from 56.42 increased to 85. In addition, from the affective domain responding (A2) students in cycle I meeting I obtained a percentage of 14.28%, then meeting II 35.71%. In cycle II meeting I was 71.42%, while meeting II had reached 89.28%. This shows that the implementation of Pancasila Education learning using the Problem Based Learning model assisted by Audio Visual media has been carried out well and can improve the learning outcomes of class V-B students at SDN 04 Kampung Olo Padang.
