Abstrak

This research is motivated experienced researchers in the field for 3 semesters , and given the importance of the learning method , the teachers are required to select and use good learning . In addition to teaching Civics . The research problem is how an increase in the activity of student learning outcomes at the fourth grade civics learning through the medium of the model in SDN 03 Gayo River . The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in the activity of student learning outcomes at the fourth grade civics learning through the medium of the model in SDN 03 Gayo River . This type of research is a class act . The instrument in this study was the observation activity sheet student learning outcomes , teacher observation sheet pembelajaraan and final test cycle . Based on the analysis of student activity in learning civics data showed that : the percentage of students in a learning activity asks Civics in the first cycle increased by 43.75 % in the second cycle was 78.67 % , the activity of answering the question in the first cycle 50.00 % increase in cycle II 86.67 % while the concluding activity of learning materials in the first cycle increased 50.00 % in the second cycle of 87.50 % . From the results obtained it can be concluded that civics learning through the medium of the model in the fourth grade students of SDN 03 River Gayo 60.72 % of the first cycle can increase 83.93 % in the second cycle means that the implementation of civic education through the medium of a model of learning in fourth grade is going well . It is concluded that learning through the medium of the model Civics can increase the activity and student learning outcomes .
