PEMAKAIAN FORMAT DAN KALIMAT EFEKTIF SURAT RESMI PADA KANTOR CAMAT KAMANG BARU KABUPATEN SIJUNJUNG

ABSTRAK

This study is aimed at describing of using form and affective sentence on the from letter published by Subdistrict Head Kamang Baru Kabupaten Sijunjung Office. This study used the theori adopted from Caca Sudarsa is the meaning of letter, the charactheristic of good letter the, languages and the form of formal letter. The reaserch design used in the study is kualitative research by using descriptive the sample of this study eat a delivered letter Subdistrict Head Kamang Baru Kabupaten Sijunjung Office. The result of the study shown that the using of letter form and an effective sentence on a formal letter Subdistrict Head Kamang Baru Officer stiil not good if connected with the feature of good letter it can be seen that the fatal error faund on the parts of letter they ard: (1) the using of  EYD is still not good, (2) there this samething uncomplete parts at the beggining and at the and of letter, (3)the using of effective sentence still unclear and inaproriate, (4)and  the chosen  words were not good. Bassed an the result of this study, it can be canclinded that the using of form  and affective sentences in formal letter at Subdistrict Head Kamang Baru Kabupaten Sijunjung Office was not good enaught.
