               This research of low overshadowing background of activity him and result learn student. target of research of activity mendeskripsikan in discusing, presenting result of discussion and reply/ answer quiz. this research type is research of class action. this research sabjek is class student of VI amounting to 19 people. research instrument in this research is student activity observation sheet, teacher activity observation sheet, and tes result of learning. result of research got that pengunaan of model of Word square can improve result learn student and also student activity in discusing . At prasentase at make-up of ability discuse student of cycle of I with its percentage mean is 63,16% and cycle of II is 89,47% so that experience of the make-up of counted 26,32%. make-up of student activity present result of discussion of cycle of I with mean is 28,95% and cycle of II is 81,58% so that experience of the make-up of counted 52,63%. make-up of student activity do quiz of cycle of I with mean 63,16% and cycle of II is 94,74% natural segingga is make-up of counted 31,58%. make-up of result learn cognately of student is value of UH mean assess as a whole that is 77,63 so that experience of increase 13, 68%.
