Abstrak

The study was backed by the still low level of participation and the results of learning math students, due to the implementation of learning done teachers tend to use methods lectures, so that students feel saturated in following the process of learning. The purpose of this research is to increase the participation of students and improve student learning outcomes in mathematics learning through learning model cooperative type Team Asissted Individualisation (TAI). The subject of this research grade Ve totalling 34 people consisting of 19 people sisswa female and 15 male students. Through the cooperative model type Team Asissted Individualisation may increase participation and student learning outcomes. It can be seen from the results obtained in order to increase the participation of students in cycle I, i.e. of 56,47% and cycle II of 76,18%. Ketuntasan percentage of student learning cycle I 64,71%, increased to 76,47% in cycle II. With such research through the cooperative model type Team Assisted Individualisation (TAI) can be said to achieve targets set that is 65%. The results of this research it is recommended that the teacher can use the cooperative model type TAI to enhance the participation and the results of learning math students.
