PENINGKATAN MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA KELAS IV PADA PEMBELAJARAN KEWARGANEGARAAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN STRATEGI METAKOGNITIF DI SDN 08 ULAK KARANG PADANG
Abstrak
This study aims to describe increase motivation discuss, motivation answer the questions, motivation cooperating to make inferences in the group and described understanding and ability answer about fourth grade students in SDN 08 Ulak Karang Padang. From result of the study, obtained a percentage motivation discuss students in cycle I 41,3% increase to be 78,25% in cycle II ; the presentation question in cycle I 36,95% increase to be 86,95% in cicle II ; presentation mitivation cooperating students to make inferences in discussion cicle I 52,16% increase to be 89,13% in cycle II. The average study result of the cognitive in learning civics cycle I 66,2 percentage of mastery learning increased 52,17% increase to be 84,5 with percentage of 86,95% mastery learning and ability to answer the question cycle I who get excellent score 32,62%, good score 32,60%, and enough score 34,77%. While the cycle II who get excellent score 76,08%, good score 15,21%, and enough score 6,52%. This study concluded that civics learning with metakognitive strategy can increase the motivation and study result of the students. Based on the result of the study, researcher suggested that the teacher could to using metacognitive strategy to increase the motivation and study result of the students on learning civics.
