PENINGKATAN MOTIVASI DAN HASIL BELAJAR PERKALIAN SISWA KELAS IIC SDN 26 PAYAKUMBUH MELALUI TEKNIK JARIMATIKA

Abstrak

This research is motivated by low motivation and learning mathematics grade students of SDN 26 Payakumbuh IIC. The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in motivation and learning multiplication grade students of SDN 26 Payakumbuh IIC . This type of research is Classroom Action Research . This research was conducted in two cycles , each cycle consisting of three meetings . The subjects were students of SDN 26 Payakumbuh IIC class numbering 27 people . The research instrument used in this study is the observation of teacher activity sheets , sheet questionnaires , and observation sheet student motivation . Based on the analysis sheet motivation questionnaire per indicators in the first cycle of data obtained 78.15 % showed the presence of desires and wishes succeed , 81.48 % showed the presence of encouragement and learning needs of the student , and the appreciation of learning can increase students' motivation , namely 80 , 55 % . In silus II data obtained 93.52 % showed the presence of desires and wishes succeed , 90.74 % of the student questionnaire response indicates the need for encouragement and learning in students , and the appreciation of learning can increase students' motivation is 92.59 % . Judging from the percentage of students passing grade there was an increase of 66.67 % in the first cycle to 85.18 % in the second cycle . Based on the results of this study concluded that the technique can increase the motivation Jarimatika and multiplication student learning outcomes , thus all primary teachers should be skilled in using techniques Jarimatika.
