PENERAPAN STRATEGI FIRE-UP DENGAN PEMBERIAN REWARD DALAM PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA PADA SISWA KELAS X SMA NEGERI 1 SALO KABUPATEN KAMPAR

Abstrak

The low activity and result of learning student mathematic is not quit of teacher responsibility, because teacher is directly involver in course of study. Some factor that mauce is the low activity and result of students mathematic learning in class X SMAN 1 Salo of Kampar regency is less active of the students in searching and comprehending items to be taught, the students only awaiting lessons submitted by teacher in each meeting without studying before the lesson be taught, and the also teache less in giving of appreciation to the result of student activity, so that student dont stimulated in learning. One the effort that able to solve this problem is to apply strategy of FIRE-UP with giving of Reward in study of mathematics. Intention of this research is to know how activity and do result learn student mathematics which is its study use strategy of FIRE-UP with giving of Reward that better than result learn student mathematics using conventional study in class of X SMA Country 1 Salo Sub-Province Kampar regency. Type Research is research of experiment. Intake of sampel is by Random Sampling, experiment class of X4 and class control X1. Instrument Research consist of observation sheet and of tes result of learning student which in form of essay test. Activity learn to be obtained from observation sheet, which is perception consist of 6 indicator. Data of Tes result of learning both of sampel class,  [to] test hypothesis by using test difference of mean  obtained by and  and . Because  so it be result learn student mathematics which is its study apply strategy of FIRE-UP with giving of Reward is betterof result learn mathematics which is its study use conventional study at class of X SMA Country 1 Salo Kampar regency.
