PENINGKATAN MINAT BELAJAR SISWA DALAM PEMBELAJARAN PKn DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MEDIA GAMBAR PADA SISWA KELAS IV SDN 26 BUKIT TAMBUN TULANG KABUPATEN PESISIR SELATAN
Abstrak
This study originated from the fact that the field study conducted by the teacher often uses a conventional learning model, where the teacher has always been a center of learning (teaching -centered) so that the students' interest in learning civics not as expected. The purpose of this action research is to describe the increase in student interest in learning Civics using Media Figure. Based on the analysis of data, in the first cycle the percentage of students passing grade of 40% and the average value was 61.76. While in the second cycle, the percentage of mastery learning students 85 % and an average value of 82.5. Average percentage of teacher activity in the first cycle was 60.00%. While in the second cycle, the percentage of teachers' activities 78.75 % . This means that the implementation of civics learning by using media images on fourth grade students of SDN 26 Bukit Tambun Tulang, runs well. From the results obtained, it can be conclude that the learning civics through Media Images on fourth grade students of SDN 26 Bukit Tambun Tulang can increase student interest. Based on these results, the researchers suggest that teachers can use media images to increase student interest.
