NILAI-NILAI PENDIDIKAN KARAKTER DALAM PANTUN MINANGKABAU

Abstrak

Research to values education of character in quatrain of Minangkabau felt important because representing an effort to develop cultural value as effort reinforcement of education of character utilize to overcome moral crisis that happened in this time. This research aim to for the mendeskripsikan of values education of character in quatrain of Minangkabau. this Type Research is research qualitative with descriptive method. this Research data is old quatrain and young quatrain of Minangkabau which there are in book " 1000 Petatah-Petitih, Mamang-Bidal, Pantun-Gurindam" compiled by Idrus Judge of Dt. Rajo Panghulu amounting to 61 quatrain data. Result of data analysis and research show there are 74 value education of character from 61 the quatrain data which spread over in 15 value education of character identified. For a while 3 value education of other character do not there are in quatrain data of Minangkabau. At some quatrain data of Minangkabau analysed, there are more than one value education of contained character. Assess education of character which at most found at quatrain of Minangkabau is value education of peaceful love character namely counted 12 quatrain data. Where as value education of character which do not be found by at quatrain data of Minangkabau is value education of character is spirit nationality, education of character fond of to read, and education of character care environment
