PENINGKATAN AKTIVITAS DAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN KONSTRUKTIVISME DALAM PEMBELAJARAN IPA DI KELAS III SDN 06 LUBUK ALUNG
Abstrak
This research is motivated by low activity and student learning outcomes in science teaching third grade . In a science lesson in class III found the lack of activity , and low learning outcomes of students in learning science . Addressing the above problems , there should be a Class Action Research ( CAR). This study aimed to describe the use of a constructivist approach to improve the activity and student learning outcomes in science teaching third grade at SDN 06 Lubuk Alung . Classroom Action Research was conducted in two cycles , with 4 meetings . The research instrument consisted of aspects of teacher observation sheet , observation of student activity sheets , and test results sheet . The subjects were 06 third-grade students of SDN Lubuk Alung academic year 2013/2014 . In the research results indicators answer the question there was an increase of 61.5 % in the first cycle to 90.5 % in the second cycle ( SB ) . In concluding indicator lesson in the first cycle 51 % increased 78.5 % in the second cycle ( B ) . While the third indicator is forward student activity increased 25 % from the first cycle to 39.5 % in the second cycle ( SK ) . In the learning outcomes of students gained an average of 57 in the first cycle to 69 on the second cycle with 36 % completeness in the first cycle increased to 67 % ( K ) in the second cycle . It can be concluded that the constructivist approach can improve the activity and student learning outcomes in science teaching third grade at SDN 06 Lubuk Alung .
