PERANCANGAN PROGRAM APLIKASI SISTEM ASET PADA UNIVERSITAS BUNG HATTA (APLIKASI FKIP)

Abstrak

Bung Hatta University is the largest private university in West Sumatra. One of the faculty is FKIP, the number of students approximately 2,000 people and has seven study programs or majors. Since the number of students, the course is supported by a number of devices / equipment (assets). Until now there was a recording system manually. Consequently takes a long time to be able to know the existing equipment. With the manual system, can not know the condition of either the inventory or not, how long it will use, whether it has been taken care, so that the data can not be obtained quickly and accurately. In order to know the list of inventory items or assets quickly and detail it needs to make an application program that can speed up the process of goods or asset inventory information in Guidance and Counseling. Designing an application program using Visual Basic 6.0 and MySQL 5.0.21. So using this application program, the user / users can find or get information assets / goods in FKIP quickly and accurately.
