PENINGKATAN PROSES PEMBELAJARAN PKn DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE SIMULASI PADA KELAS V SD NEGERI 08 KOTO BERAPAK PESISIR SELATAN
Abstrak
The research is motivated by the lack of student motivation in learning and poor learning outcomes Civics Elementary School fifth grade students 08 Koto Berapak, one way that can be used to overcome this problem is to use simulation methods. Formulation of the research problem is How increase students' attention to the lessons in class V PKn Elementary School District 08 Koto Berapak Imagine using Simulation Method. The purpose of this study was to describe the process and outcomes of learning enhancement PKn using Simulation Method in class V Elementary School District 08 Koto Berapak Imagine this kind of research is a classroom action research conducted collaboratively. This study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of two sessions, the subject of this study is the public school students of class V 08 Koto Berapak totaling 32 people, this study is the instrument of accession observation sheet student learning, teacher observation sheet activities and tests student learning outcomes. Based on the survey results revealed that the average student assessment test results in the first cycle with a percentage of 63.44 mastery 46.88%, and the average student learning outcomes in the second cycle with a 77.5 percentage of completeness of 93.75%, increase in the activities of teachers increased where in the first cycle teachers are less able to control the class and study time expired without a clear result and can’t infer the material being taught, while the second cycle teachers can carry out activities of teachers well
From the results obtained by the action, it can be concluded that learning Civics through simulation method can improve learning processes and outcomes public school students of class V 08 Koto Berapak based on these results, the researchers suggested that teachers can choose and use the approach, method, technique or strategy appropriate in teaching, including methods of Simulation
