INCREASING INTERST AND LOUD STUDENT READING SKILLS USING KONSTRUKTIVISME IN CLASS IV ELEMENTARY SCHOOL 05 SUNGAI GERINGGING KAB. PADANG PARIAMAN

This research was motivated by the lack of student participation in learning Indonesian in first grade in reading aloud. This study aimed to describe the increase in the participation of students in grade I learned in learning to read loudly on Indonesian subjects using konstruktivisme media in elementary school 05 Sungai Geringging Kab. Padang Pariaman. The research is a class action research (PTK) was composed of two cycles. The research subjects in class V students totalling 16 people. The research instrument is the activity of the teacher observation sheet, observation sheets student participation, and achievement test. The results obtained are as follows, showed an increase in activity of the prominent teachers, namely in the first cycle the average percentage showed an increase in activity of the prominent teachers, namely in the first cycle the average percentage average percentage of 69.44%, an increase in cycle II to 83.32%. Percentage participation indicator 1, the second cycle has an average of 100%, the indicator value 2 cycle I have increased 94.2% in the second cycle to 100%, the indicator 3 as much as 46.1% and increased to 67.3%, the indicator 4 cm 76.9% and increased to 80.7%, the 5 indicators as much as 67.3% and increased to 82.6%, at 6 indicators as much as 67.3% and increased to 84.6%. For student learning outcomes in a loud membanca also experienced by average penigkatan end of 85,74.
