IMPROVED LEARNING ACTIVITIES AND RESULTS IPS CLASS III MODEL THROUGH COOPERATIVE MAKE A MATCH TYPE IN SDN 01 KAMPUNG OLO PADANG
Abstrak
The research was motivated by the low learning outcomes in IPS third grade students at SDN 01 Kampung Olo because the learning process that has been done tends to use the lecture method. One way that can be used to overcome this problem is to use the Cooperative Learning Model Make a Match Type. The purpose of this study was to describe an increase in activity and student result study. This type of research is research conducted in the class action participants. The research was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisting of three meetings. The subject of this study is the III-grade students of SDN 01 Kampung Olo, which amounts to 17 people. Research instruments used in this study is the observation of the student activity sheets, teacher activity sheets, and field notes. Based on the results of data analysis of student activity sheet observations obtained average percentage in the first cycle was 60.29%, while in the second cycle was 82.35%. Furthermore, teacher activity sheets have an average percentage obtained in the first cycle was 64.99%, while in the second cycle was 77.50%. Based on the results it can be seen that the average of the results of the first cycle was 66.06 with a percentage of 58.82%Â mastery learning, the second cycle study was 76.47 with a percentage of 82.35% mastery learning. This means that the implementation of IPS learning by using Cooperative Model Make a Match type is progressing well. Based on the results obtained it can be concluded that IPS learning by using Cooperative Learning Model Make a Match type can enhance the activity and class III student learning outcomes SDN 01 Kampung Olo.
